The Paul A. and Linda S. Spangler Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable foundation based in San Jose, California. Founded in 1998 by Paul and Linda Spangler, the Foundation focuses grant awards and projects on traditionally underserved communities, including children, seniors, and animals.
Through a variety of programs and projects ranging from disaster preparedness in senior centers to supporting animal sanctuaries to publishing a book about childhood facial difference, the Foundation has developed long-lasting relationships with a variety of community partners.

Strength, Courage and Confidence; What Facial Difference Teaches Us discusses a family's struggle and success of dealing with the social stigma of one child's hemangioma tumor and facial difference.
P.A.L.S. Foundation's most recent success has been the publication of an autobiographical account of one of its Board Members, Jennifer Wallace, about growing up with a hemangioma tumor.
